David Yandry was President of Acclaim Networks for more than 14 years. His technology skills led him to Networking Results, where he started out as a Sales and Marketing Manager and moved into the Service Manager role. Today, he is the General Manager for the Iconic IT Dallas office, where the company is headquartered, as well as for the Iconic IT Office Located in Bonita Springs, FL. In addition to managing the technical team and providing oversight into sales efforts, he will coordinate with the other offices’ General Managers to develop best practices for the entire organization.
His degree in psychology helps him understand how best to leverage the differences in skillsets the team members bring to the Iconic IT family. David excels at teambuilding and motivating his colleagues to take advantage of everyone’s strengths—combining knowledge and shared resources to solve more problems.
David enjoys wearing many hats and thrives in an environment where he can touch all facets of the organization from leadership down to the front-line team and have an impact going up and down the organization. He is excited to be a part of enhancing the brand and spawning growth.
