Jeff Howard founded Networking Results in 2002 to bring the same level of technology that large organizations enjoy to small and medium businesses in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro area. His entrepreneurial spirit drives him to connect people to each other, and to the solutions that help them make the most of their lives. Jeff is motivated by helping others use technology as a tool in growing their organizations.
In his new role as VP of Experience, Jeff will champion client experience as well as employee experience at Iconic IT—including human resources, monitoring client satisfaction, and ensuring employees have relevant and meaningful metrics that ensure each team member delivers best-in-class service. Jeff looks forward to developing training to empower the team to become the best they can be.
Jeff’s motto is “life is too short to work with people you don’t like,” and strives to ensure everyone in the Iconic IT family is not only talented but also passionate about what they’re doing. He is enthusiastic about building a happy place to work by recruiting a team of servant leaders who are equally dedicated to fulfilling client needs and helping them achieve their organizational missions. Jeff is deeply committed to providing all that’s necessary to keep all Iconic IT team members proud to be a part of this new organization so their needs are taken care of—while also keeping everyone motivated, by building systems and strategies that focuses on employee and client retention at their core.
