Nick Nyberg attributes his career of consulting to strong mentors, leaders, and partners who helped him grow into entrepreneurial leadership. With longtime business partner Tony Miller, they worked for more than a decade helping SMBs achieve their goals by implementing technology to streamline business processes.
During the past five years, he shifted his focus from technology and implementation to a consultative approach to sales. He leverages his listening skills, degree in Business Administration, engineering skillset, and personality, to develop top talent and strategic business relationships. His drive to help people—employees and customers alike—understand what’s possible serves to elevate the organization and its bottom line as well as to achieve operational excellence.
As Vice President of Sales, Nick looks forward to bringing together Iconic IT talent and building a big company while maintaining a personalized, small town feel. He is focused on ensuring Iconic IT retains all its employees and customers, with the understanding that an organization’s people is what makes the difference over the processes. He is particularly excited about his ability to influence where Iconic IT will be in five years and has set aggressive goals for himself and the team to ensure nothing will stand in the way of achieving them.
